1. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Camster.chat. By using the site you confirm that you are 18 or older. We may remove anyone we suspect is underage.

2. Acceptable use

To keep Camster.chat welcoming, the following are prohibited and will result in an account and IP ban:

• Nudity or sexual content, and any content involving minors.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or bullying.
• Spam, advertising, scams, or solicitation.
• Recording or sharing other users without their consent.
• Any illegal activity.

3. Moderation & enforcement

Every chat has a Report button. When a user reports a partner, the last approximately 60 seconds of the reported partner's video is captured from the reporter's device so moderators can review the complaint. We may ban accounts and IP addresses at our discretion. Serious or illegal conduct may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Privacy

Video and audio go directly between you and your chat partner (peer-to-peer) and are not recorded during normal use; the only exception is the moderation clip described above, which is accessible only to administrators and deleted within 30 days. We store your email address, account preferences, reports filed by or against you, and your IP address for moderation. Your country is determined automatically from your IP (you cannot set it yourself). We do not sell your data.

5. Premium & payments

The core service is free. Premium is an optional paid tier that unlocks gender and country filters. Crypto payments are one-time passes: a 3-day trial, a 7-day pass, or a 30-day pass. Premium access ends automatically when the paid period expires unless you buy another pass.

6. Disclaimer

You chat with strangers at your own risk. We are not responsible for the behaviour of other users. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Camster.chat after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
